 Wah-Wah란 제목은 기타 이펙터의 일종인 와우 페달을 뜻함과 동시에 비틀즈 시절의 명성을 뜻한다고 한다. 중의법을 사용한 가사가 인상적인데, 이 노래가 Let It Be 세션 중 폴 매카트니와 갈등이 불거저 밴드를 잠깐 탈퇴했던 시기에 작곡된 거라 폴을 향한 디스라고 보는 시각도 있다.
